A note about the larger clips:

This clip above is flash video and it plays as "progressive download". That means that the video will start playing as soon as there is a little bit of it downloaded to your machine. Ideally, as you watch the video, the downloading of the file is keeping one step ahead of where you are watching. That means that the first time you watch the video through, you probably cannot fast forward, because later parts of the video have yet to download. It also means that if conditions are not ideal - like your connection is too slow - the file cannot download as fast as you watch it, and you may get pauses or other glitches.

If you are having trouble viewing the large file size, try viewing the smaller file, and you should have more success. Another option is to leave the video play all the way through (let it download completely while you go about your other business) and then come back and take the class after the file has downloaded and you should have a glitch free experience with full fast-forward capabilities.
